WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We request that you please bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel. Yoga mats can be purchased locally at most department stores for $10- $20. It is good to have your own mat for personal use at the studio as well as at home. Also, please bring a towel to be used under your mat for our outdoor yoga classes!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable, movable clothing. Not too loose or too tight. Layers are good as you will warm up during the active part of the practice and may like a sweatshirt or long sleeve for the cool down and relaxation. We ask you to remove your shoes when you enter the studio.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Our charming studio is located at 123 Lambert Terrace in Carrollton, GA. We are the last house at the end of the private drive. There is plenty of parking space in the front of the house, so just pull on in! We look forward to meeting you!
WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
We modify our classes to meet our students where they are. We teach to who shows up in the room that day, so yoga is for everybody, all ages, abilities, body types and fitness levels. Many options will be presented in class so you can find a way to move that is just right for you!
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and most credit cards. Please contact us directly for more information regarding our service fees.
WORRIED YOUR CHILD WON'T PARTICIPATE?
Don’t worry! We keep it moving to help our littles with short attention spans. It can take a few classes until some children join in, and that’s okay! Often times, children will watch and learn for the first few classes, but they will be taking it all in- just like how we learn too! If you are still unsure whether a group situation is right, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can set up a screening meeting.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE FOR THERAPY SERVICES?
We do not accept insurance for speech and language therapy at this time. All services are private pay.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class or private session. No late entry permitted.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY CLASS?
You can book up to 14 days in advance.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR CLASS?
Have a little snack 45 minutes to an hour before your practice and be sure to have a water bottle close by. Wear comfortable clothing (think: yoga pants, leggings, comfortable shorts, t-shirt, tank top, etc.) that you can move around and stretch in.
