Let’s flow! In this traditional Vinyasa style class, we move the body, steady the mind, and flow with the breath. You can expect a steady warm up with balanced sequencing, breath-directed movements, and hold various postures designed to help you enhance your strength and mobility while improving your cardiovascular function. You will be sure to leave this class feeling energized yet relaxed! All levels are welcome!


Beginner’s Yoga is an introductory-level class to the practice of yoga. Classes are slower paced and focus on developing proper and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All are welcome!


Our Cardio Vinyasa classes will get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing as we sweat through this full body flow! The Cardio Vinyasa classes are a faster pace of sequences that encourage you to flow with your breath and designed to make you sweat while we build heat in the entire body. Modifications are offered throughout. All levels are welcome!


Our signature Power Vinyasa classes are strength-based; designed to tone, strengthen and purify your body as we hold various postures. Unlike typical Power classes, we hold the poses for a longer period of time to build strength and endurance. The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you and encourage you to reach your true potential. Modifications offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. All levels are welcome!


Speech and language milestones weaved into yoga classes for kids with and without communication challenges ages 2.5-10! These speech and language enrichment classes provide an environment to move, have fun and play all while learning about language. We offer Talk Yoga™ Little Tots (ages 2.5-5) and Talk Yoga™ Little Sprouts (ages 6-10) where we establish, boost, and enrich developmentally appropriate expressive language skills, vocabulary, listening skills, speech sounds and articulation, phonemic awareness, social skills, mindfulness, breath work, and more!  Contact Us to inquire about our yoga-infused speech and language therapy.



Join us outside at our Yoga Garden for an outdoor yoga class!  Bring your own mat, large beach towel, and water. We’ll do the rest! Outdoor yoga lets you reconnect with the landscape around you. Let the natural view reinvigorate you! All levels are welcome!

In a private class, you can have an individual program that’s tailored specifically for your needs. Your instructor will plan routines that incorporate the poses you want, and help you to work towards your goals.
